After leaving we wanted to write on where we booked the hotel, but we got an email from the hotel that our stay was modified for 1 night stay, what was correct. The hotel is really nice but very inconvenient, with a very unhelpful management. They told us to give a lunch (we were not hungry) for free as a compensation. (Exept 1 bed for charge.in a 4 star hotel?) 4 hour later our room temperature was 26 celsius, so we decided to leave. There were no any sunumbrella or any kind shadowing near the pool. While they were reparing the aircon we went to the was heat warning outside, 42 celsius. We asked for compensation, we came for rest. We mentioned that we are not happy with the hotel, this is not a 4 star hotel quality. We asked fot the manager who came to the room checked everything she was sorry and promised to solve the problem. After breakfast (10:30) we asked the morning receptionist about our problem. We told to the receptionist who was sorry and promised they will solve the problem in the morning. We had a shower and the drain hole was not working so the bath room was floated and the carpet of the room was soaked. The air conditioning was not working for the first night, it was 27.4 celsius in the room. As it is a 4 stars hotel we had a high expectations. We booked a room, in a "just adults hotel" to have a nice rest without our kid.
